- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years level 3 & 4 NICU experience required; PICU experience required; teaching hospital experience required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, PALS, and NRP required; BSN required for all RN positions 4. License: CA RN license in hand required 5. Education: BSN required for all RN positions 6. EMR: Epic charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights; patient ratios 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends; weekend coverage required 8.
