Cases: Must have delivery attendance experience; vaginal and C-section deliveries; NICU admissions and discharges; NOU admissions and discharges; Level III NICU experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE required; must be on hand at time of submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; every other weekend obligation; 2 major and 1 minor holiday per year (full-time/PRN: 1 major and 1 minor); patient ratios NICU 1:1, 1:2, 1:3; NOU 1:4-6 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Pre-Start Modules: Orientation is 12 hours 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience required; no first-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Grape/Purple 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required — no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Cardiac/respiratory monitors, pulse oximeters, ventilators, HFNC, CPAP, radiant heat warmers, isolettes, bili-meters, phototherapy, IV pumps; documentation systems are GE-CPN (NOU) and Medi-tech (NICU) Critical: No first-time travelers accepted. Float required — may float to NOU with 1:4-6 ratios and normal newborn nursery. COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only. Advanced skills required include IV placement in neonates, ventilator and central line management, and blood administration. Charge experience preferred. Community hospital experience preferred.
