Experience: 2 years of recent Operating Room experience required; must not have been out of acute OR setting for more than 6 months; will not consider applicants most recently in management roles; must have both scrub and circulate experience 2. Cases: Must have strong experience in at least 2 of the top 4 specialties — Neuro/Neuro Spine (1st priority), Ortho/Ortho Spine (2nd), Vascular (3rd), Robotics (4th); additional specialties include Urology, Podiatry, Oncology GYN, and Misc. (General, ENT, Plastics); 45 cases daily across 17 rooms 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; orientation includes separate Epic training (not included in the 36-hour orientation) 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights; block scheduling; no call required; no float required; 13-week contracts accepted 8. RTO: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO may result in cancellation and DNR; pre-approved time off listed as two 9.
