- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: General Med/Surg patients; adults and geriatrics; Heparin Drips, Wound Vac Dressing Changes, High Flow Oxygen, occasional short-term BiPap with respiratory support 3. Certifications: BLS required; CPI preferred; must pass EKG Testing prior to start 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Pyxis also used 7. Shifts/Call: 12HR Nights, 18:45-07:15; 36 or 48 hours accepted (no OT billed until after 48 hours if on 48-hour contract); call required if put on call prescheduled shift; every other weekend required; must be able to work holidays; assigned to Inclement Weather/Storm/Hurricane Team 8. RTO: 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer; RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO could result in cancel and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
