- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: 6-10 cases daily; Top procedures include LHC, RHC, Peripheral angiograms, device placements, Pericardiocentesis, Temp PM, Balloon/Impella Insertion, CardioMEMS, Carotids 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R (preferred), CCI RCIS (preferred); must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: State license required; pending state license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Epic charting system confirmed 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 5x8 Days, 0700-1530; on-call rotation averaging 10-12 days per month, which may include evenings of days already worked; float within scope required 8. RTO: No holiday RTO; maximum 5 total days in a 13-week assignment; no additional RTO after time of submittal or while on contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; no specific mileage radius stated 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 8 hours of orientation; compliance call-out requires travelers to commit to going into the lab within 48-72 hours of signing 13.
