- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Dementia, diabetes, COVID, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, encephalopathy, GI bleed, anemia, hip fracture, CHF, UTI, various surgical recovery cases, renal failure, hypertension, cellulitis, failure to thrive 3. Certifications: BLS required; must pass EKG Testing prior to start 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; Pyxis and SBAR also in use 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights; 36 or 48 hours accepted; 13-26 week contracts; floating required; 12-16 weekend shifts per contract; contract staff may be assigned to Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and required to report during catastrophic events or disasters 8. RTO: 7 days MAX; RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call offs or additional RTO could result in cancel and DNR; one pre-approved time off noted 9.
