Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; 1+ years minimum for submission; travel experience preferred 2. Cases: Medical surgical/Telemetry unit, some stroke step down, occasional peritoneal dialysis patients 3. Certifications: BLS, NIH required, ACLS required; travelers allowed to obtain before starting 4. License: NY State License required (must have at least applied if pending); recent Nursys required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratio 1:5-6 days, 1:6-7 nights; no call required; float within skillset allowed 8. RTO: Preferred 7 days or less; only one holiday 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff cannot return as traveler within one year 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate ($10 less than standard rate) 11. Background: Not specified 12.
