- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year recent MedSurg experience required; 2 years listed in system requirements; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs; experience with higher patient ratios (1:6 or 1:7) required 2. Cases: Oncology experience highly preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required; Telemetry and IV Start required skills; must be included at submission 4. License: Valid RN license required; if pending, proof that process is underway must be provided; Nursys update must be included in submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner and Soarian; Cerner listed as preferred charting system experience 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 preferred, 4x12 considered; EOW (Every Other Weekend); Block Scheduling considered; Weekend coverage required; 16 orientation hours 8.
