- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year recent MedSurg experience required; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs 2. Cases: Med/Surg Ortho/Neuro; Ortho/Neuro/Peds floor 3. Certifications: BLS required; FM-Intermediate and IV Start required skills 4. License: Valid state license required; will not hire without a license; if pending, must have proof that process is underway; updated Nursys must be included in submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Days; every other weekend (EOW); patient ratio 6:1 days and nights 8.
