Cases: Med/Surg Ortho/Neuro; Ortho/Neuro/Peds floor 3. Certifications: BLS required; FM-Intermediate and IV Start required skills 4. License: Valid state license required; will not hire without a license; if pending, must have proof that process is underway; updated Nursys must be included in submission 5.
