- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for submission 2. Cases: Trauma, ortho, urology, colorectal, surgical, post-op; must have trauma experience 3. Certifications: No additional certifications beyond facility requirements; must pass a dysrhythmia and math of dosage test with the education department prior to being on the unit 4. License: PA RN License required; all PA clearances must be complete — Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Department of Human Services Fingerprinting (Service Code: 1KG756), FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting (Service Code: 1KG8RJ; within last two years), and PATCH PA State Police Clearance (Employment clearance only; volunteer clearances not accepted); all fingerprints must be submitted/uploaded before candidate can be cleared 5. Education: Not specified beyond required testing 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours weekly guaranteed (48 hours/week accommodated); 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; no call requirements; must be willing to float to unit with comparable patient population 8.
