- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; unit does not accept first-time travelers 2. Cases: General med/surg unit; mostly geriatric population with varying diagnoses 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required — HARD STOP; redirect if no Epic experience 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no call; floating within facility/scope of practice as needed; patient ratio 6:1 days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; ALL RTO must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests post-offer or onsite. Holiday policy: if 1-2 holidays fall during assignment, no holiday RTO can be requested; if 3 holidays fall during assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered 9.
