Requirements

- Unit Notes:***Cannot take a traveler who lives within 60 miles of the facility. Can take them 61 to 80 miles at a local rate. Rate is reduced by $8.00 for local.*** *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* All clinicians must badge in and out at facility Scrubs: Navy Blue Cannot take any travelers living within a 60 mile radius of the facility. Local travel rate for those living 60 to 80 miles from the facility (client rate will be reduced by $8.00 for those travelers). **Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.** MUST have: Experience working in larger hospital (250 beds min), level 2 or higher trauma center. Epic 2 years of Med Surg experience, will not consider first time travelers. BLS - AHA ND or compact state RN license, or willing to get Must have recent travel experience (showing completed, not in first travel currently). Prefer travel experience within the last year General job duties. General MS patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EMR-Epic, AccuDose, Bladder Scanner, Phillips monitors, Telemetry Required skills and minimum years of experience. 1 yr med/surg experience. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS - must be AHA. ND or compact state RN license. Shift or schedule requirements. 12 hr shifts, EOW, EOH Floating to over units/departments. Home unit 2W but can float to any med/surg unit on any campus in Fargo as needed. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 10 bed department Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 5:1 day shift and 6:1 night shift Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes, willing to wait Trauma Level:1 Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:12 h shifts with every other weekend and holiday Required Certifications:BLS (AHA)
