- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2.5 years required (with 2 year minimum experience in specialty within last 12 months) 2. Cases: Early inductions, antepartum, patients on continuous monitoring; Level III high risk facility 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP required; BLS cannot expire within 30 days of assignment start date; all licenses/certificates must be in hand at submission 4. License: Active NJ license or Compact License required at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted; Nursys must be within 2 weeks of submittal date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: EOW/EOH; patient ratios 2:1 days and nights 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; no RTO within first week of start date; travelers with 4 days or less RTO prioritized 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Required to float within 5 hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL); local rate $5 less for those within 50 miles; first time traveler accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required to pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing on PC only (not iOS); 2 attempts maximum; failure results in contract cancellation; modules are billable and completed during orientation 13.
