- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; must be within last 12 months 2. Cases: Circulate and scrub for c-section; 1:6 ratio experience 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP required; must be in hand at submission; BLS cannot expire within 30 days of start date 4. License: Active NJ or Compact License required; Nursys within 2 weeks of submittal date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: EOW; 1 winter holiday and 1 summer holiday required 8. RTO: Due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; no RTO within first week of start date; travelers with 4 days or less RTO prioritized 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Clinicians within 50 miles accepted at lower rate; NO LOCAL RATE 11. Background: Not specified 12.
