- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Scrub and circulate 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate preferred; copies required 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: EOW weekends (Sat/Sun), no on-call requirements, will float to mother baby, baby catcher and nursery 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; block scheduling cannot be accommodated; two pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; local rate differential applies; first time travelers accepted 11. Background: PA Fingerprints required; may require travel time over 100 miles 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed in first 8 hours of orientation; billable after first 8 hours; completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16.
