- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year minimum unless specified in title/description 2. Cases: LDRP with postpartum experience; Level II maternity unit with Level 1 nursery; admits babies >35 weeks gestation, gestational hypertensives, pre-eclampsia, twins, diabetics, TOLAC's and low risk patients 3. Certifications: AWHONN Advanced, BLS, NRP, STABLE required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Up to one on-call shift every 2 weeks if low census; weekends required every other weekend; 1:1 patient ratios for active labors, 1:3 for postpartum couples 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; may float between sister facilities 11. Background: Any background hits require approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Average 16 hours non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: All units any color; OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Must have vehicle for assignment Critical: 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years required.
