- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required; OB/L&D experience and charge experience required 2. Cases: OB/NSY, occasional Gyn Surgery, occasional breast reduction/Abdominoplasty 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS required; all certifications must be obtained prior to start 4. License: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Kentucky 5. Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Kentucky 6. EMR: MediTech 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; every other/as needed weekends; call as needed; float as needed; orientation weekly on Mondays 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
