- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; Community Hospital experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Vaginal births, C-sections, Postpartum care (LDRP model), Antenatal testing (NSTs, BPP), Post-op GYN, External Cephalic version, Antepartum patients 3. Certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced and AWHONN Intermediate preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 13 weeks, 3x12-hour nights (7p-7a); 2 mandatory on-call shifts per 6-week schedule; weekend rotation of 4-6 shifts (Sat/Sun) and 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule; 1 major holiday (Thanksgiving or Christmas) and 1-2 minor holidays required; charge RN assignments as needed; block schedule not accommodated 8. RTO: No more than 7 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
