- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: OB, Mother/Baby, and L&D required; will work in all areas of LDRP (antepartum, labor and delivery, OR circulating, scrub nurse, newborn nurse at delivery, and couplet care) 3. Certifications: Required — ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and/or NCC C-EFM; Preferred — AWHONN Advanced 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Will work every other weekend (up to 13 weekend shifts per contract); will float to the house as sitter when needed and to Bronson Methodist Kalamazoo (27 miles) when census allows; no call required 8.
