Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required for submission; Infusion Center experience required 2. Cases: Myeloma, Leukemia, Lymphoma, Non-malignant hematology/hemophilia; Stem cell transplant, Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy, Central Line care, Heavy blood transfusion demands, LD chemo, Post allo transplant, CAR-T therapy 3. Certifications: CA RN License, AHA BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC) required; OCN preferred; completed references must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour day shifts; 2-3 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period; ability to float to other UCSF facilities 8.
