- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; minimum two years of ICU experience preferred 2. Cases: COPD exacerbation, DKA, Atrial fibrillation, pre/post heart catheterization, septic shock 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; all certifications must be obtained prior to start 4. License: RN license required to work in TN 5. Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; rotating/as needed weekends; call requirements are census dependent; float requirements are census dependent; orientation is weekly on Mondays 8.
