- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; EP Tech experience highly preferred 2. Cases: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab procedures including Cardiac Ablation, Arrhythmia Induction, Pacemaker Insertion, Permanent Pacemaker Insertion, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Watchman, Laser-assisted procedures, Vascular Closure Systems; Fluoroscopy and C-ARM are hardstop requirements 3. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT Radiology Tech Certification (hardstop), BLS required; must also have OBMI License (hardstop); OR License required (can submit with pending) 4. License: ARRT Radiology Tech Certification and OBMI License are hardstop requirements; OR License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; no weekends; no block schedules; 1:1 patient ratio; scheduling type listed as Other; candidates may be expected to float between sister facilities — refusal to float may result in termination and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything beyond 6 days may delay offer pending client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); all RTO must be requested upfront at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose any previous work at a Providence facility (location and dates); only 1 job submission across all Providence IRC facilities/regions 10.
