Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 1-2+ years ICU experience required 2. Cases: ICU experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required 4. License: MN license in-hand or proof of application required (2-3 weeks via mail, 5-10 business days via email for processing); Saint Benedicts MN license in-hand required; DO NOT submit if they have not applied for license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 06:45-19:15 and 18:45 to 07:15; weekends every 3rd; float required to Medsurg, safety sitter 8. RTO: 7 days max; no RTO within first 2 weeks; all RTO due at submission; holiday work required as needed 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 9 months before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Traveler's primary residence must be more than 50 miles from facility; locals defined as 25 or 50 miles from facility and are not accepted 11. Background: Fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signing or risk cancellation 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Will accept first time traveler with strong ICU experience 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown; Medical/Religious exemption form required with submittal 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Labs required within 48 hours of signing or risk cancellation. All travelers MUST complete fingerprinting in person in MN on Monday prior to Monday start - MN State Requirement with NO EXCEPTIONS. Patient ratios 2:1 all shifts.
