- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: CVICU experience required; post open heart surgeries, vascular surgeries, post MI patients requiring TTM and/or pressors, cardiogenic shock with or without devices (IABP, Impella, VAD, CRRT), patients requiring ECLS for cardiac and respiratory failure, and general ICU overflow including pneumonia, COVID, DKA, OD 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCRN (CCRN noted with asterisk); AHA requirement not specified 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; block schedules required; 1:1 and 1:2 ratios; on-call not required; 48-hour shifts approved; self-scheduling; orientation is 36 hours 8.
