- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; unit does not accept first-time travelers 2. Cases: Heavy interventional cardiac patients; Pre/Post invasive/diagnostic procedures, cardioversion, Pre/Post angiogram, Elective PCI, EP patients (ablation, lead placement, pacer placement), Pre-TAVR and Mitral Clip, post-op recovery for structural hearts (same-day discharge); TEE, Procedure Sedation, Blood/Blood Products Administration, Epicardial Pacer Management, Sheath Removal, Tele Interpretation, Heparin, Insulin 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Active compact license accepted; all Swedish facilities honor active compact license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends, no holidays, no call; floating required to like units; N:P ratio 1:3 days, 1:4 nights 8. RTO: No pre-approved time off; no weekend shifts per contract 9. Returning Staff: Perm candidates from any NON-Swedish Providence facility eligible for travel contract if separated for at least 3 months; all Swedish facilities honor active compact license 10.
