- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years ICU experience required, plus minimum 1 year CV ICU experience 2. Cases: Floating to multiple ICUs including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac/Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine and COVID 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS and NIH required; Chemo, CCRN, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferred 4. License: MO (submit without license OK, requires MO or compact), IL (license in hand required at submittal), Compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Past EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend requirement with minimum 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule; plus holiday rotation 8. RTO: Max 7 days RTO (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO); No new RTO after submission; No RTO allowed first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius; No local travelers allowed except for Patient Care Technicians, CNAs, and Medical Assistants 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Yes, will not accept first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Vents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation required; IABP, Impella, ECMO, CRRT, Swans-hemodynamic interpretation preferred Critical: Patient ratios 2:1 on ICUs, will float to inpatient floors with max 1:3 ratio. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. Compliance deadline 3pm CST Monday before start date.
