- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience required 2. Cases: DKA, STEMI, CVA, Respiratory Failure 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Valid PA RN License required; all fingerprints must be submitted before candidate can be cleared (Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Department of Human Services Fingerprinting, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting, PATCH PA State Police Clearance) 5. Education: Valid PA License specified as required education 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours weekly guaranteed; every other weekend; no call requirements; possible float to Med Surg if ICU is closed (patient ratio 1:6) 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel; local rate $55.80 11. Background: All candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to start; all fingerprints must be submitted before candidate can be cleared 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified 14. Scrubs: No specific colors required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not specified 16.
