Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year clinic experience required; relevant and recent PT experience required; strong orthopedic skills required; inpatient/acute care experience required; outpatient experience required 2. Cases: Outpatient care (80%) and inpatient (20%), consisting of acute care and swing bed; required to float between outpatient and inpatient 3. Certifications: Current BLS required 4. License: Current Colorado PT License required 5. Education: Master of Science in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred 6. EMR: Cedaron/APTA Connect and Meditech EMR experience required; excellent electronic record navigation skills required 7. Shifts/Call: Mon-Thurs 4x10s every other week; Mon-Fri 4x9s and 1x4 every other week 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11.
