- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; ICU experience required 2. Cases: DKA, STEMI, CVA, Respiratory Failure 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Valid PA License required; all fingerprints (Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Department of Human Services Fingerprinting, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting, PATCH PA State Police Clearance) must be submitted and cleared before start; FBI fingerprints accepted within last two years 5. Education: Valid PA License noted as required education 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; every other weekend; no call requirements; possible float to MedSurg if ICU is closed for shift 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel; local rate $55.80 11. Background: All candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to start 12.
