Qualifications:

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted with 3+ years of experience 2. Cases: High acuity Neuroscience ICU; subarachnoid hemorrhage, post-surgical craniotomy care, ICP crises, ischemic stroke, status epilepticus, and other neuroscience populations; bedside EVD placement, bedside lumbar drain placement and management 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; CCRN or CNRN preferred; ENLS and BSN preferred; all certs must be in hand at submission 4. License: Pending license accepted if application has been submitted and received by the licensing board 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; no call required; floating within hospital required (CVICU, MICU, TSICU); no floating to sister hospitals; weekend requirement is yes; block schedule not accommodated 8. RTO: Traveler must work two of three holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day); approved time off exceeding five days must be added to the end of the contract to ensure a full 13-week assignment; all time off requests must be outlined at time of submission 9. Key required skills include arterial line management, ventilator management, EVD management, ICP monitoring, titration of vasoactive and cardiac drips, and continuous IV sedation/paralytics, among others. Candidates missing any required skills should be screened prior to submission. Parking cost is $15 daily.
