Experience: 2 years required; must show 2 years MICU with mixed experience including neuro, solid CCU background; ICU training required beyond hands-on orientation, including Sepsis experience beyond COVID 2. Cases: All medical, surgical, neuro, trauma, and cardiac patients meeting critical care criteria; ECMO, IABP, IMPELLA, CRRT, EVD, CODMAN procedures on unit 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; all must be in hand at time of submittal; copies required at submission 4. License: Permanent CA RN License required; current Nursys in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; facility is not training — do not submit without Epic experience 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 7p, 3x12s, 8 weeks; weekends and holidays included; may float up to 50% (DOU/PCU, Tele, ER Hold); ratios up to 1:4; self-scheduling 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of submission; no RTO accepted after submission; maximum 7 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
