- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 2 years of ICU experience required; Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU experience required; Trauma Level I experience required 2. Cases: Respiratory (ARDS, ECMO), post-code care, sepsis, GI bleeds, post-op management, liver transplant, vascular surgery, trauma 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AHA only 4.
