Cases: CVA (ischemic & hemorrhagic), TIA, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, ALS, Post IVR, Post tPA, Post craniotomy; skills include care of ventilated patients, continuous IV sedation, CVA/Acute Stroke management, EVD, ICP monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, post neurosurgery management, procedural sedation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and ventilator management 3. Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS, and NIHSS required; must be in hand at time of submittal; certifications may not expire within 45 days of start date 4. License: TN/compact RN license required; must be in hand at time of submittal; license may not expire within 45 days of start date; address on license must match W4 and permanent address 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required unless specifically noted 7. Shifts/Call: Float required — may float within hospital and to other Covenant system hospitals within skill set or as "Task RN"; minimum 2 hours notice for float; 2 weekends per month or every other weekend; patient ratio 1:2-3 (Neuro ICU); call not required 8.
