- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience required 2. Cases: Cardiac experience required — Post cath intervention, balloon pump (IABP), and Impella; skills include management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patient, suctioning (ETT, NT), CVP monitoring, sheath removal, CVICU 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: OH or compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call required; must be willing to float to all campuses; no blocked schedule — no exceptions 8. RTO: No holiday or holiday week RTO will be approved, including days during that week 9.
