- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical ICU experience required 2. Cases: Multisystem Organ Failure, Respiratory Failure, COVID, Sepsis, Post-Cardiac Arrest, DKA, Liver Failure, Renal Failure 3. Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; AHA certifications only 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission required 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's nights, every other weekend; no on-call; will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; pre-approved time off: two 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once they have been away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10.
