Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in Cath Lab required 2. Cases: AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, EP devices, heart arrhythmias, PAD, PVD 3. Certifications: ACLS required, BLS required, CCI RCIS preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: One night call per week and every 4th weekend; option of 4x9 hours or 5x8 hours shifts 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately after contract signing 12. Modules: 36 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Impella, IABP, temp pacer, shockwave, DFR, IVUS, FFR Critical: Two professional references required with at least one from manager/director. Charge experience preferred.
