Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years Critical Care experience preferred (will consider strong candidates with less than 3 years) 2. Cases: Strong neuro experience required (post-neurosurgical, EVD, and stroke), Vents, IV drip titration, Telemetry monitoring, Conscious Sedation, Dysrhythmia and emergency management 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required via American Heart Association; NIHSS required 4. License: VA or compact license in hand at time of submittal - no exceptions 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Must be EPIC proficient, no exceptions 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 OR 4x12 (OT billed after 48 on 4x12), nights, weekdays, EOW, Float, Holidays within contract 8. RTO: Required with submission, will be reviewed and approved on per case basis; Pre-Approved Time Off: none 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No RN candidates accepted if residing less than 50 miles from facility; Driver's License required for address verification prior to offer acceptance 11. Background: Will not consider ANY license or background hits - no exceptions 12. Modules: 3 hours of modules required, completed pre-start, billable 13.
