- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; Neuro ICU background required 2. Cases: Neurologically compromised, Stroke, SAH, tumor, seizure; procedures include brain surgery, EVD, post stroke care 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must have ACLS and BLS at time of submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Float required between ICU and PCU; based on needs, travelers required to float within 5 hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL); weekend coverage required; night ratio is 1:2; block scheduling NOT allowed; EOW/EOH required 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local rate is $5 less for those who live within 50 miles of the hospital 11. Background: Not specified 12. Pre-Start Modules: Must pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing; only 2 attempts allowed; must be taken on a PC, NOT an iOS device; failure to complete within the allotted time or two failed attempts will result in contract cancellation and DNR from the hospital system 13. Travel Experience: First-time traveler accepted but not preferred 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15. Flu Vaccine: Required; Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
