Cases: COPD, ARDS, Sepsis, Pneumonia, Encephalopathy, Drug Overdose, acute GI Bleed, Strokes, Traumas, DKA, AKI, Respiratory Failure, Cardiac Arrest, HF, A-fib, multi-organ dysfunction; procedures include CRRT, HD, A-Line placement, CVC Placement, Trach placement, Chest tube placement, intubation, bronchoscopy 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS required; must be AHA 4. License: Michigan license required; pending MI license acceptable with concrete ETA and proof of application at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; every other weekend required; float required to other ICU and Med-Surg units as census flexes; Med-Surg ratios approximately 1:5-7; no on-call specified 8.
