- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Para/thoracentesis, intubation, central line placement, art line placement, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, care of ventilated patients required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; NIHSS and TNCC preferred; all must be AHA or American Red Cross; copies required at submission 4. License: State or compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending license accepted; compact accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: MediTech Expanse; charting system experience required; Paragon and Practice Partner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call required; float pool role — will float between ICU, ED, and Med Surg including sister facility 15 minutes away as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 1 RTO request; finalized RTO must be submitted at time of submission; no RTO within first two weeks of start date; no more than 10 days total; no full calendar weeks of RTO accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; first-timers not accepted — must have prior travel experience and be comfortable floating 11. Background: Not specified 12. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with no exemptions; applicable during flu season (October 1 - March 31) 16.
