Requirements
- Required certification: Home Health Care
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:BLS, Drivers License & Insurance- Covid vaccine(s) Adults only - 1 Year of Home Health They use a point system. Hospice - typically 4-5pts a day. If it's an admission it might be 2-3 2 Supervisor available M-F and on call. M-F 8-4:30 Every other weekend, Possibly less (ideally once a month) Holidays- In rotation with permanent staff. Call Requirement- Potentially but try not to. Black or Khaki pants with white, black or purple top. This is a very large area. Both rural and urban. Keep in mind winter driving conditions. They must know how to use navigation. They do try to keep nurses in a reasonable radius within 1 hour (weather can change this). They have 2 managers split into North and South regions. From North region to South region it is 2 hours. Bill rates are all inclusive, with the exception of mileage. Mileage paid at IRS rate. Cancellation Policy:Up to 2 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks and up to 3 shifts for assignments 13 weeks or longer.
