Cases: Must be able to circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases including CABG, AVR, MVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysms, Aortic Root Replacements, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs, Femoral-Popliteal Bypass, Carotid Endarterectomy, AV Fistula, Impella Placement, Ventricular Assist Devices, ECMO, Thoracotomy, and Robotic Thoracotomy 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies of license and certifications must be attached at submission or will be rejected 4. License: IN State RN License required; must be attached at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: 06:30am-5:00pm; call required every 5th weekday and every 5th weekend; no block schedule option 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
