Cases: Adult Home Health; skills include Admission Assessment, Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, Routine Visit, Discharge, Wound Care, Medication Assessment/Management, Pain Assessment and Management, IV insertion and maintenance, Phlebotomy, Infection Control, IM/IV/Subcutaneous Medication Administration 3. Certifications: BLS (BCLS) required 4. License: Pending license accepted; OR RN license implied by location (Salem, Keizer, Woodburn, Molalla, OR) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; charting system experience required 7.
