- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Level I Trauma experience required; patient diagnoses include abdominal pain, acute psychosis, CVA, drug overdose, gunshot wounds, head injury, burns, near drowning, seizures, sickle cell crisis, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, STEMI, stroke, and more 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, NRP required; AHA or ARC only; EKG exam must be completed and passed within 72 hours of signing travel contract 4. License: RN License required; no license hits accepted — hard stop 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience heavily preferred; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7p-7a shift; weekends and holidays as needed; floating as needed; blocked schedules not approved; call requirements N/A; scheduling type is self-scheduling 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; only one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; local candidates offered at $5 less than posted bill rate 11. Background: No license hits accepted — hard stop 12.
