- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required for submission 2. Cases: All age patients, all diagnosis; not a stroke or STEMI facility; treat and transport to Grant campus; no trauma level 3. Certifications: AZ/Compact RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required 4. License: AZ/Compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 19:00-07:30 nights; every other weekend required; float required to sister location TMC main campus 8. RTO: 7 days or less preferred; no holidays on auto offers; holiday RTO or longer than 7 days only considered for hard to fill positions with client approval 9. Returning Staff: Work history with any Tucson Medical Center locations requires HR rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: NO locals within 75 miles of facility 11. Background: Only ONE DUI on record eligible if incident occurred one year or more ago; multiple DUIs or DUI within one year not considered 12. Modules: 24 orientation hours; TMC orientation held twice a month 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; first-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Caribbean Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Level 1 Rapid Infuser, Sonosite US, I Stat, Pulsara EMS communication Critical: 1 supervisory reference required. Previous Charge experience preferred. Blocked scheduling not accommodated.
