- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Will consider 1 year if Level 1 trauma facility experience 2. Cases: Cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases; Transplant (Liver, Kidney, Pancreas), Whipples, Open and Endovascular Procedures 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required 4. License: MO license (submit without license OK; requires MO or compact), IL license in hand required at submittal 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 0615-1845; 3-4 weekday and 1-2 weekend call shifts per 6 week schedule as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); No RTO first week of assignment; No new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; Former BJC/Saint Lukes employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75 mile radius; No local travelers allowed except PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs, completed pre-start through WorkRamp, billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; Must complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy scrubs required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Heart and lung transplant experience needed for night shift; CensiTrac system for instrument tracking Critical: Scrub and circulate experience required for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases.
