Cases: Trauma Level II required; Trauma Level I preferred; broad ED case mix including trauma, neuro, cardiac, behavioral health, and pediatric presentations 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC required; all must be American Heart Association and current (no pending); CPI will be required starting January 2026; EKG exam must be passed on orientation day with 80% or higher (lethal rhythms); CEU required 4. License: MO RN or Compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required, no exceptions 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12-hour shifts; every other weekend required (Friday and Saturday nights for night shift); at least 2 Sundays and 2 Mondays required; no block scheduling; orientation on Tuesdays; start ASAP; 13-week contract; 36 orientation hours; patient ratio 4:1 8.
