- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years required 2. Cases: High acuity ED; adult and pediatric populations; trauma, cardiac, stroke, burn, ECMO/ECPR program 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC required; AHA ONLY; WI RN or Compact RN License required 4. License: WI RN or Compact RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Eve/Night, 12s and 8s as needed; 1500-0330 or 1900-0730; weekend and holiday rotation required; patient ratio 4:1 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius from facility; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Pre-Start Modules: Telemetry exam required prior to start; must pass with 80% or higher in two attempts (adult and pediatric exams); third attempt allowed only with certificate of completion of cardiac interpretation review course; failure after three attempts results in assignment cancellation 13.
