- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required, but will consider 1 year with screening; will accept first-time traveler with strong ER skills/experience 2. Cases: All diagnoses in fast-paced ED setting with complex diagnoses that vary; everything 3. Certifications: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; CPI certificate required with Calm Every Storm online version as only acceptable online vendor; NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Must have active MD or Compact License at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 Nights (19:00-07:30) 48hrs; every other weekend required; holidays required as they fall; floating required within specialty; no pre-scheduled on-call requirements 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week must be added to back end on new contracts; one major holiday off during winter season allowed; one pre-approved time off 9.
