- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; charge experience required 2. Cases: Care of ventilated patients, continuous IV sedation, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, phlebotomy, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, starting and maintaining IVs 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license required (pending license accepted, takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 variable shifts; weekend coverage required; voluntary night shift on-call available; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 8. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year, then required 6-month break before returning 10.
